Our client had no existing biofuels business but had lines open and wanted to take on an established desk rather than build one from scratch.

Through an existing relationship with a desk head in the space, I set up a meeting which led to the rest of his team joining alongside him. From there we secured the right offer from the client.

The client now has an established biofuels desk with strong market coverage. The team secured strong salaries, sign-on packages and revenue splits, and have settled in well at their new home.
